                OsMPK4其表達受機械損傷、二化螟(SSB)的侵襲和茉莉酸(JA)處理誘導(dǎo),但不受水楊酸(SA)處理誘導(dǎo)。過表達OsMPK4增強了JA、茉莉;-l-異亮氨酸(JA-Ile)、乙烯(ET)和SA的組成性和/或SSB誘導(dǎo)的水平,以及胰蛋白酶抑制劑(TrypPIs)的活性,從而減少了SSB的行為(Liu et al. 2018)。

                OsMSRMK3表達受機械損傷、茉莉酸、水楊酸、乙烯(ET)、脫落酸(ABA)、雙氧水(H2O2)、蛋白磷酸酶抑制劑、殼聚糖、高鹽/糖和重金屬等處理而上調(diào)表達(Agrawal et al., 2003)。

                【生物學(xué)功能】

                OsMPK4通過調(diào)節(jié)JA、ET和SA介導(dǎo)的信號通路,作為水稻抗二化螟的正調(diào)節(jié)因子和生長的負調(diào)節(jié)因子。OsMPK4過表達植株oe-MPK4,二化螟取食降低,但與野生型相比,溫室中的oe-MPK4系表現(xiàn)出生長遲緩,地上部和根部的生物量降低(Liu et al. 2018)。

                OsMPK4與IPA1蛋白互作,鹽脅迫下,OsMPK4被激活并磷酸化IPA1的Thr180位點,從而促進IPA1的泛素化降解,降低IPA1的蛋白水平并最終提高水稻耐鹽性。通過對IPA1功能缺失突變體ipa1-10和功能獲得型ipa1-3D的幼苗進行鹽處理,發(fā)現(xiàn)IPA1負調(diào)控水稻的耐鹽性,鹽脅迫處理30分鐘后IPA1的磷酸化水平升高但蛋白水平降低(Jia et al. 2022)。

                MKKK62-MKK3-MAPK7/14通過抑制OsMFT轉(zhuǎn)錄,負調(diào)控水稻種子休眠。OsMFT與控制小麥種子休眠的基因同源。過表達MKKK62的轉(zhuǎn)基因水稻種子喪失了休眠性,對脫落酸(ABA)敏感性降低。MKKK62與MKK3互作,MKK3與MAPK7和MAPK14互作。MKK3、MAPK7和MAPK14參與調(diào)控種子休眠(Mao et al. 2019)。

                絲裂原活化蛋白激酶模塊OsMKK3-OsMPK7-OsWRK30介導(dǎo)水稻對白葉枯病菌的抗性(Jalmi and Sinha, 2016)。
