                水稻抗褐飛虱主效基因Bph3,是3個質(zhì)膜凝集素受體激酶基因組成的基因簇,即OsLecRK1、OsLecRK2OsLecRK3(Liu et al. 2015)。

                【定位與克隆】

                Bph3是水稻抗褐飛虱主效基因,鑒定自Rathu Heenati,獨立于Bph1遺傳(Lakshminarayana and Khush, 1977)。利用PTB33×RD6構(gòu)建的BC1F2群體和Rathu Heenati×KDML105構(gòu)建的BC3F2群體,Bph3均被定位于水稻第6染色體短臂上SSR標(biāo)記RM589~RM588之間,遺傳距離分別為0.9cM和1.4cM(Jairin et al., 2007)。

                但關(guān)于Bph3的定位,學(xué)界曾有過分歧,如:利用三體分析法,Bph3bph4被定位到第7染色體,兩者等位或緊密連鎖(Ikeda et al., 1981);通過栽培稻BAC克隆對藥用野生稻比較原位雜交物理作圖,Bph3也被定位到7號染色體(Yan et al., 2002)。

                經(jīng)克隆,發(fā)現(xiàn)Bph3是一個由3個編碼質(zhì)膜凝集素受體激酶(OsLecRK1-OsLecRK3)組成的基因簇(Liu et al. 2014)。

                OsLecRK2、OsLecRK3、OsSTPS2BPH32參與抗蟲品種Rathu Heenati對褐飛虱的抗性(Kamolsukyeunyong et al. 2019)。
