經(jīng)抗譜評(píng)價(jià)、抗性類型比較、遣傳分析鑒定出一個(gè)來自普通野生稻的抗白葉枯病新基因Xa-23(t)(暫名)。結(jié)果表明它是迄今已知基因中抗譜最廣,抗性導(dǎo)入效應(yīng)很強(qiáng)的一個(gè)完全顯性的全生育期抗性基因。用攜有新基因Xa-23(t)的一對(duì)近等基因系(JG306*//Xa-23(t))構(gòu)建F2群體中選出160個(gè)單株用SSR(微衛(wèi)星)標(biāo)記進(jìn)行基因定位,初步將該基因定位于水稻第11染色體SSR標(biāo)記OSR06和RM224附近,圖距分別為5.3cM和27.7cM。
A new resistance gene to bacterial blight of Xa-23( t) from O. ruf ip ogon w as ident if iedbased on the resistance spectrum evaluated, comparison of resistance type, inheritance analy sisand testing the allelism relat ionship betw een Xa-23( t) and Xa-21. T he results indicated that it iscondit ioned by a new complete dominance overall resistance gene with the w idest spect rumresistance, and highest eff iciency of resistance t ransfer among all the know n g enes identified sofar. One hundred and six ty plants w ere selected from the F2 populat ion derived from a pair ofNear-isogenic line ( JG30* 6 / / Xa-23( t) ) for mapping the g ene by using 160 SSR markers. Theresistance gene was located on rice chromosome 11 ( 5. 3cM to OSR06, 27. 7cM to RM244) .
