根據(jù)鎮(zhèn)稻系列品種的選育經(jīng)驗(yàn)和多年的育種實(shí)踐,得出了以下幾點(diǎn)育種經(jīng)驗(yàn):①通過(guò)合理利用優(yōu)良親本,進(jìn)行科學(xué)配組創(chuàng)造變異;②材料抉擇時(shí)綜合性狀協(xié)調(diào)是育種的關(guān)鍵;③掌握好苗期看長(zhǎng)勢(shì)、中后期看抗性、后期看熟相、考種看籽粒等方法進(jìn)行選擇。并對(duì)進(jìn)一步改良粳稻品種提出了以下幾點(diǎn)策略:①?gòu)V泛征集、鑒定和利用優(yōu)良種質(zhì)資源,同時(shí)注重加強(qiáng)優(yōu)異種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新,不斷提高育種基因庫(kù)整體水平;②雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)的利用;③抗紋枯病、抗除草劑等新種質(zhì)的創(chuàng)新與應(yīng)用;④水稻育種栽培理論的集成與應(yīng)用。
According to the breeding practice of Zhendao Series rice varieties for many years, the following breeding experiences were obtained: ①Hybridization between elite parent materials to create variations; ②Selection of materials with elite comprehensive traits; ③Four selection Tips shown as focusing on growth at seeding, resistance at middle to late growing stages, maturity performace at late stage, and seed appearance at seed assessment. To fouther improve Japonica rice varieties, the following measures were put forward: Wide collection, identification,utilization and creation of elite germplasm to improve the gene pool, utilization of heterosis, development and application of germplasm with sheath blight resistance and herbicide resistance, innovated and applied, and integration of rice breeding and cultivation theories.
