以兩系雜交稻揚(yáng)兩優(yōu)6號(hào)和兩優(yōu)培九及三系雜交稻汕優(yōu)63為材料,研究了源、庫、流特征及其與籽粒充實(shí)的關(guān)系。 揚(yáng)兩優(yōu)6號(hào)和汕優(yōu)63的結(jié)實(shí)率、籽粒充實(shí)度和產(chǎn)量明顯高于兩優(yōu)培九;揚(yáng)兩優(yōu)6號(hào)和汕優(yōu)63莖鞘物質(zhì)輸出率和轉(zhuǎn)換率顯著高于兩優(yōu)培九;揚(yáng)兩優(yōu)6號(hào)和汕優(yōu)63籽粒中蔗糖合成酶、腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶、淀粉合成酶和淀粉分支酶的活性顯著高于兩優(yōu)培九,且上述各酶的活性與籽粒最大灌漿速率、平均灌漿速率、谷粒充實(shí)度和粒重呈極顯著的正相關(guān);揚(yáng)兩優(yōu)6號(hào)和汕優(yōu)63的單位維管束和韌皮部的穎花負(fù)荷、現(xiàn)實(shí)產(chǎn)量負(fù)荷、總庫容負(fù)荷顯著小于兩優(yōu)培九,且負(fù)荷越大的組合結(jié)實(shí)率就越低,充實(shí)度也就越差。揚(yáng)兩優(yōu)6號(hào)單位面積韌皮部的物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)速率顯著高于兩優(yōu)培九和汕優(yōu)63。表明揚(yáng)兩優(yōu)6號(hào)具有源足、庫強(qiáng)、流暢的特點(diǎn),這是它結(jié)實(shí)率高和籽粒充實(shí)度好的生理基礎(chǔ)。
With two-line hybrid r ice Yangliangyou 6 and L iangyoupeijiu and three- line hy brid r ice Shanyou 63 as materials, the relationships of source, sink and flow with grain filling w er e studied. T he seed- setting rate, grain filling deg ree and gr ain yield of Yangliangyou 6 and Shanyou 63 were sig nificantly higher than those of L iangyoupeijiu. T he export per centage and transformation percentage of the matter in culms and sheaths of Yang liang you 6 and Shanyou 63 w er e sig nificantly higher than those of Liangyoupeijiu. Activities of sucro se synthase, adenosine diphosphoglucose pyrophosphorylase, star ch sy nthase and starch branching enzyme in grains were higher in Yangliangyou 6 and Shanyou 63 than in L iangyoupeijiu, and were very significantly cor related w ith max imum grain filling rate, mean g rain filling rate, g rain filling degree and grain w eight. T he spikelet number , grain yield and total sink load per area of vascular bundle and phloem of Yangliangyou 6 and Shany ou 63 were significantly sma-l ler than those o f L iangyoupeijiu, and the g reater the load, the lower the seed-setting rate and the poorer the g rain filling. T he transportation rate per ar ea phloem of Yangliangyou 6 was gr eater than that of L iangyoupeijiu o r Shanyou 63. T he results sugg ested that Yang liang you 6 possesses strong sour ce, g reat sink activ ity and efficient flow, which lay a physio logical basis for its high seed- setting rate and good grain filling.
