1993~ 1998年,構建了攜有抗稻白葉枯病新基因 Xa2 3的近等基因系,命名為 CBB2 3。以全生育期高度感病并具有改良株型的秈稻品種 JG30為輪回親本,與攜有 Xa2 3的抗性供體 H4雜交,JG30 / H4的 F1 通過回交、自交直至 B5F4,各世代均用與目標基因 Xa2 3相對應的專化小種菌系 P6人工接種鑒定,同步進行株型和農(nóng)藝性狀選擇,直至抗性穩(wěn)定和農(nóng)藝性狀類似其輪回親本。比較了 CBB2 3(攜 Xa2 3)和 IRBB2 1(攜 Xa2 1)對 2 0個菌系包括 10個菲律賓小種、3個日本小種和7個中國病原型代表菌系的抗譜,Xa2 3抗所有 2 0個菌系;Xa2 1抗 19個菌系,對菲律賓 10號小種則高度感病。用近等基因系 CBB2 3構建了 JG30 / CBB2 3組合的 F2 分離群體,通過 SSR標記篩選,初步將 Xa2 3定位于水稻第 11染色體。進一步篩選出 3個與 Xa2 3更緊密連鎖的 AFL P標記。其中的 APKj2 3與 Xa2 3之間的圖距約為 1.0 c M。并報道了在抗病育種中已有效的應用了攜有 Xa2 3的近等基因系 CBB2 ...
The near isogenic line (NIL) with a new gene Xa23 for resistance to bacterial blight (BB) was developed and designated as CBB23 in 1993-1998. A susceptible indica variety JG30 with improved plant type was used as a recurrent parent.
