源自利比亞粳型品種"LAC23"的稻瘟病抗性基因，對(duì)稻瘟病菌IK81-3, PO6-6等有較強(qiáng)的葉瘟抗性；與Pi-k 連鎖，重組值6.1%。 Yu等把Pi-1 定位于水稻第11 染色體的長(zhǎng)臂末端，與RFLP 標(biāo)記RZ536 的距離為11 cM；Mew等將其定位于RZ536 與NPB181 之間，距離分別為7. 9 和3. 5 cM；劉士平等利用同交育種中產(chǎn)生的回交群體，將Pi-1 定位在RFLP 標(biāo)記RZ536 與SSR 標(biāo)記RM144 之間，圖距分別為9.7cM和6.8 cM；陳志偉等將Pi-1 進(jìn)一步定位在SSR 標(biāo)記MGR4766 附近，距離僅1.3cM。 【相關(guān)登錄號(hào)】
