RGA4(AB604622, Cesari et al. 2013)... 與水稻葉瘟病抗性相關(guān)，來(lái)自品種‘Aichi Asahi’。鑒定研究所用方法：經(jīng)典遺傳。 Pia 由兩個(gè)相鄰的NBS-LRR基因構(gòu)成（Okuyama et al., 2011）。 利用愛知旭/Kasalath F2 作圖群體，通過(guò)重組體篩選、精細(xì)定位以及共分離分析，將Pia 精細(xì)定位到90kb 的物理區(qū)段內(nèi)，并預(yù)測(cè)出4 個(gè)候選基因，其中，Os11g11790 可能性最大（曾曉珊等, 2011; Zeng et al. 2011）。 通過(guò)多種基因組學(xué)方法，證實(shí)Os11gRGA4 和Os11gRGA5 對(duì)Pia 的抗性都是必需的，即LOC_Os11g11790 和?（Okuyama et al. 2011）。 【相關(guān)登錄號(hào)】
