                與水稻葉瘟病抗性相關(guān),來(lái)自品種‘Aichi Asahi’。鑒定研究所用方法:經(jīng)典遺傳。

                Pia 由兩個(gè)相鄰的NBS-LRR基因構(gòu)成(Okuyama et al., 2011)。

                利用愛知旭/Kasalath F2 作圖群體,通過(guò)重組體篩選、精細(xì)定位以及共分離分析,將Pia 精細(xì)定位到90kb 的物理區(qū)段內(nèi),并預(yù)測(cè)出4 個(gè)候選基因,其中,Os11g11790 可能性最大(曾曉珊等, 2011; Zeng et al. 2011)。

                通過(guò)多種基因組學(xué)方法,證實(shí)Os11gRGA4Os11gRGA5 對(duì)Pia 的抗性都是必需的,即LOC_Os11g11790 和?(Okuyama et al. 2011)。
