                【突變體表型】

                smg1表現(xiàn)出直立密穗、籽粒變小變輕,粒長(zhǎng)顯著降低,粒寬輕微降低,株高稍微變矮的表型(Duan et al. 2014)。

                抑制OsMKK4表達(dá),可使得水稻穗著粒變密以及籽粒變。℅uo et al. 2018)。

                圖位克隆表明,OsMKK4基因(Os02g0787300)的突變導(dǎo)致smg1的表型(Duan et al. 2014)。

                【時(shí)空表達(dá)譜】

                實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR表明SMG1在發(fā)育的穗和種子中表達(dá),SMG1啟動(dòng)子驅(qū)動(dòng)GUS實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,SMG1在穗、莖桿節(jié)間、莖節(jié)中表達(dá);與老器官相比,幼嫩器官中的表達(dá)相對(duì)更高,這與它在細(xì)胞增殖中的作用是一致的(Duan et al. 2014)。

                OsMKK4通過(guò)調(diào)控細(xì)胞增殖,調(diào)控水稻籽粒大小,在種子生長(zhǎng)中可能作為MAPK通路和BRs間連接因子(Duan et al. 2014)。

                RAI1對(duì)PAL1OsWRKY19的表達(dá)調(diào)節(jié)可能通過(guò)OsMKK4-OsMAPK3/6通路調(diào)控(Kim et al. 2012)。

                OsMKK4DD的表達(dá),導(dǎo)致代謝流從糖酵解轉(zhuǎn)向次生代謝物的生物合成,并且細(xì)胞的基本活性,如蛋白翻譯和細(xì)胞分裂等受到抑制;OsMKK4DD還誘導(dǎo)了多種防衛(wèi)反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,如細(xì)胞死亡、雙萜植物抗毒素和木質(zhì)素的合成等,但并不引發(fā)胞外ROS的產(chǎn)生。OsMKK4DD誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞死亡和雙萜植物抗毒素合成途徑基因的表達(dá)是依賴于OsMPK6的,因此,在MAMP引發(fā)的防衛(wèi)反應(yīng)中,OsMKK4-OsMPK6級(jí)聯(lián)對(duì)植物代謝的重排起著重要作用(Kishi-Kaboshi et al. 2010)。

                OsMKKK10-OsMKK4-OsMPK6級(jí)聯(lián)通路參與水稻穗部形態(tài)建成,作用于共同的通路,GSN1是該通路的負(fù)調(diào)控因子(Guo et al. 2018)。
