                OsWUS功能缺失突變體dc1 (decreased culm number 1),表現(xiàn)出分蘗數(shù)目減少、穗部小花畸形和雌不育的表型。dc1分蘗芽生長(zhǎng)受主莖顯著抑制,表現(xiàn)出生長(zhǎng)素響應(yīng)和頂端優(yōu)勢(shì)增強(qiáng)的表型;分蘗期去除dc1主莖頂端或敲除生長(zhǎng)素作用相關(guān)基因ASP1 (ABERRANT SPIKELET AND PANICLE1) 能夠解除主莖對(duì)分蘗芽的抑制,從而促進(jìn)分蘗芽的生長(zhǎng)(Xia et al. 2020)。

                植物胚后發(fā)育取決于分生組織活性,因此分生組織中細(xì)胞的命運(yùn)對(duì)植物發(fā)育和株型至關(guān)重要。水稻中,生殖分生組織經(jīng)歷了由無限分生組織,如花序分生組織和枝梗分生組織到有限分生組織如小穗分生組織的轉(zhuǎn)變。水稻ASP1 編碼一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)錄共抑子。ASP1 定位于細(xì)胞核,與擬南芥TPL 以及玉米R(shí)EL2 同源,與生長(zhǎng)素信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)緊密相關(guān),參與水稻分生組織命運(yùn)的調(diào)控,能調(diào)控水稻發(fā)育過程及生理反應(yīng)的多個(gè)方面,如穗、枝梗、小穗等發(fā)育(Yoshida et al. 2012)。

                包含WD40 基序的無腦回型蛋白,是人類大腦發(fā)育所必需,OsLIS-L1 編碼一個(gè)與這種人大腦發(fā)育必需蛋白類似的蛋白,是水稻雄配子體形成和倒一節(jié)間的伸長(zhǎng)所必需的(Gao et al. 2012)。

                OsREL2 與擬南芥中決定頂端分生組織命運(yùn)的TOPLESS 基因同源,在整個(gè)穗的表達(dá)相對(duì)較低,可能參與穗部的多個(gè)發(fā)育過程,對(duì)葉腋分生組織的維持起到重要作用。OsREL2 可能是通過抑制一次枝梗的形成而促進(jìn)二次枝梗的形成,參與了水稻枝梗形成的調(diào)控(Kwon et al. 2012)。

                OsLIS-L1突變導(dǎo)致穗伸出長(zhǎng)度和最上部節(jié)間長(zhǎng)度均低于野生型。OsLIS-L1是QTL qPE19的候選基因。OsLIS-L1的等位基因Hap1/2/44增加了穗伸出長(zhǎng)度、最上部節(jié)間長(zhǎng)度、穗伸出長(zhǎng)度/最上部節(jié)間長(zhǎng)度的比值和千粒重,但OsLIS-L1的Hap.3基因型減少了它們(Zhan et al. 2019)。
