Nakase 一文中的REB,Nijhawan 一文和Ji 一文中的OsbZIP33(LOC_Os03g58250, Chen et al. 2015), 位于同一個基因位點 【突變體表型】在幼苗期和五葉期,過表達OsbZIP33的轉(zhuǎn)基因水稻對脫落酸(ABA)更敏感,抗旱性顯著增強,這與OsbZIP33表達水平正相關(guān)。干旱條件下,轉(zhuǎn)基因水稻植株中代表性下游干旱誘導基因的表達水平顯著高于野生型。ABA信號通路中標記基因的表達譜分析,表明OsbZIP33通過依賴ABA的信號轉(zhuǎn)導途徑正調(diào)控水稻的耐旱性(Chen et al. 2015)。 【時空表達譜】干旱、高鹽、H2O2、高溫和脫落酸(ABA)處理,能顯著誘導OsbZIP33的表達(Chen et al. 2015)。 【定位與克隆】REB是個由425氨基酸殘基組成的bZIP轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,能特異結(jié)合到α-球蛋白基因啟動子的-754到-562區(qū)。α-球蛋白基因的5'區(qū)域擁有3個REB結(jié)合位點,為GCCACGT(A/C)AG(Nakase et al 1997)。 【生物學功能】REB不僅是一個轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子,它也能用作增加轉(zhuǎn)基因水稻谷粒中重組蛋白的表達(Yang et al. 2001)。 【相關(guān)登錄號】
